This is a short, honest notice for the Sites4AI marketing and product website (sites4ai.com). It is not a claim of a full enterprise privacy program for every future feature.

What this site collects

The site is primarily static. You do not need an account to view it. Hosting and delivery providers (for example Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security, reliability, and basic operations.

URL scoring

The “Score My Site” experience currently uses a local mock scoring service in the browser. URLs you enter are validated and processed on-device for the demo; they are not sent to a Sites4AI backend unless and until a real scoring API is connected.

When a production scoring API is enabled, we will update this page to describe what is sent, retained, and for how long. Until then, do not assume server-side storage of submitted URLs.

Email / waitlist

If you email hello@sites4ai.com (including waitlist links), we receive whatever you include in that message and will use it to respond or notify you about relevant product updates you asked for.
