This is a short, honest notice for the Sites4AI marketing and product website (sites4ai.com). It is not a claim of a full enterprise privacy program for every future feature.

What this site collects

The site is primarily static. You do not need an account to view it. Hosting and delivery providers (for example Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security, reliability, and basic operations.

URL scoring

When you submit a URL, Sites4AI’s scoring endpoint may fetch that page’s HTML to produce a site AI-readability diagnostic from public homepage text available to AI (title, meta, headings, and body text). When an AI provider key is not configured, we fall back to a heuristic preview from the same signals. We analyze the information your site makes available to AI; this is not a claim about what every AI system knows about your business, and it is not multimodal analysis. We use the submitted URL to fetch and score; we do not currently require an account.

Fetched content is processed to return a score response and may be sent to a configured model provider (Google Gemini, Anthropic, or OpenAI) for text-based analysis. We do not sell submitted URLs. We do not intentionally retain full page HTML after the score response is returned, beyond ordinary hosting/security logs.

If you email reachus@sites4ai.com (including waitlist links), we receive whatever you include in that message and will use it to respond or notify you about relevant product updates you asked for.
